     With recent performances in North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Arizona, Ohio, Wisconsin, Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, the Transcontinental Piano Duo is well on its way to fulfilling its goal of performing in all 50 states. Mss. Greenfield and Thompson have brought their duo to an exciting new ensemble level, which they are sharing with audiences coast to coast.

     The Duo is actively seeking engagements for 2010/11 and beyond. Performance fees, which often include joint solo and/or duo master classes, workshops or adjudication, are negotiable. Travel expenses from Arizona and Vermont are in addition to performance fees.

     The Duo has a variety of programs, one of which is a special recital with commentary focusing upon various aspects of four-hands playing and duo repertoire. In addition to providing concise and upbeat commentary on the music at hand, the pair engages the audience in a lively question and answer session which has been well-received by both student and community audiences. The Duo's joint master classes (solo or duo repertoire) have also been enthusiastically received by teachers and participants at the pre-college through university graduate student level.
